Our Approach to Business Guidance

Our approach to business support has five distinct stages. We analyze and understand the current state of your organization and the ideal desired position of the organization over the next 12 months and beyond (up to 10 years). Based on your goals, we will work with you and your team to strategically prepare the business to meet those desired objectives: financial, organizational, and managerial.

Discovery Stage. Our advisers will work with you to first conduct a discovery process in order to help the you understand exactly what your business' current state is with respect to organization, finances, market position, and growth goals.
  • Interview management team for strategic discussion
  • Evaluate current work-flow processes
  • Evaluate firm's customers current needs and compare them with the firm's products/services offered
  • Presentation of findings with an overall plan of executing on the objectives
Growth Planning Stage. After discovery, we will then work with you to identify strategic objectives to grow/develop/improve your business and develop a plan to implement them.
  • Conduct a strategic planning session with you and your management team to ensure organization-wide buy-in to the company's strategic direction and growth goals. The result will be a growth plan that addresses the needs of the organization over the next 12 months, and then for the following 3, 5 and 10 years.
  • Develop an Organizational Plan that identifies key objectives, benchmarks, and key personnel needed to grow the firm.
Implementation Stage. After we have developed your growth plan, our advisers will work with you to immediately move toward implementation.
  • Provide you with a support system to ensure that you remain accountable for the actions needed to take in order to improve your business
  • Support, mentor, guide and educate you and your staff through the real business situations that you will encounter, ensuring that you take the most appropriate action
Evaluation Stage. As soon as implementation begins, so does evaluation of how effective you are with moving toward and meeting your plan's growth goals in the areas of:

  • Staff satisfaction
  • Systems and automation effectiveness

  • Communication, accountability, and reporting
  • Work-flow evaluation
Accountability and Reinforcement Stage.
